We spend time on pilot forums — PPRuNe, Reddit r/flying, Glassdoor, Facebook pilot groups. When someone shares what they were asked at Ryanair, easyJet, or Wizz Air, we note it down. It's manual work — reading through hundreds of posts to find the useful stuff.
What You Get
Questions by category: competency (STAR format), technical, HR, and airline-specific. Each question has answer ideas based on what pilots say worked for them. Not scripts — starting points you can adapt.
