EASA Zero to MCC (Airline Pilot Program)

The full integrated program takes students from zero experience to airline-ready in 24 months. Training is conducted full-time with theory classes on weekends and flight training 7 days a week. Students graduate with CPL, Night Rating, SEP, MEP, IR (single and multi), AUPRT, and MCC.

ATPL Theory Distance Learning

Course prices are for minimum required flight hours. Additional costs: skill tests (examiner fee + aircraft), hard copy books, pilot equipment (headset, logbook, etc.), uniform, accommodation, landing/handling fees abroad, CAA certificate fees, medical exams, and immigration fees for non-EU students.

How to Apply

Entry Requirements

  • Age 18 years or older
  • Passing grades in English, Mathematics & Physics (high school level) or pass pre-entry test
  • EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Interview with the school
  • Valid PPL (ICAO standard) for ATPL theory only

Enrollment Process

SSFA offers rolling enrollment with new courses starting every spring and fall for the full program, and open intake throughout the year for modular courses. Registration fees are credited toward course tuition (minus 10% administration fee, minimum SEK 1,000). International students requiring visas have a minimum SEK 5,000 administration fee.

International Students

Non-EU citizens must apply for a Swedish student visa and residence permit through Swedish Immigration. Apply no earlier than 4 months before course start (recommended to allow processing time). The school provides enrollment letters and course plans required for visa applications. Full-time enrollment is required for visa eligibility.
