Conditional Job Offer Upon Enrollment
The Ryanair Future Flyer Academy is the only Ryanair mentored pilot program in Central and Eastern Europe. Students receive a conditional job offer upon enrollment and Boeing 737 Type Rating (subject to training agreement).

In December 2024, Bartolini Air ordered 6 additional P2008JC and 2 P2006T NG from Tecnam. The first P2006T NG arrived in June 2025—the first in Poland and only the second delivered worldwide. Total fleet will reach 30 aircraft (26 Tecnam) by 2026.
